MONITORING & CONTROL

The monitoring and control process makes it possible to verify if the project is going according to plan. It is done on a regular and consistent basis. END OF PROJECT

The closure of the project is the process of reviewing all the progress reports generated during the project's development to ensure that all activities have been completed and the customer's expected deliverables have been obtained. The closure of the project, then allows us to verify what we did well during the development of the intervention, identify the errors in the management and learn from these not to commit them in the future.
